Part 1: Upcoming Regulatory Changes (Effective June 17, 2025)

What Will Change?

Significant policy updates that will impact retailers, distributors, and manufacturers:

? Retailers:

  • General retailers must not sell disposable vaping products.
  • Notifiable products must not be visible from inside or outside the store.
  • Specialist vape retailers cannot display vaping products or packaging where they are visible from outside the store.
  • No images of vaping products are allowed on retailer websites.

? Distributors: Must not distribute disposable vaping products.

? Manufacturers & Importers (NZ): Cannot sell disposable vaping products.

What qualifies as a disposable vaping product?

A single-use device that cannot be refilled or recharged.

Part 2: How We Can Support You – Return Policy for Discontinued Products

We offer a return program for eligible products to support our partners through these regulatory changes.

Eligible Products for Return

  • IGET MOON K5000 2.0
  • UPENDS STARX 20000

Return Eligibility Criteria

  1. Valid return period: March 1, 2025 – April 18, 2025.
  2. Proof of purchase: Valid sales records with Global Grab Zone in the past 3+ months.
  3. Product condition:
  • Must be returned in full boxes (loose units will not be accepted).
  • Returns will be accepted if the outer box is missing but each unit is still in its original packaging.
  • IGET MOON: Minimum of 10 units per flavor.
  • UPENDS STARX: Minimum of 5 units per flavor.

4. Purchases after April 18, 2025, are NOT eligible for returns.

5. Samples or FOC (free-of-charge) stock are NOT eligible for return.
