We wish to inform you that a ban on the distribution, manufacture, sale, and supply of disposable vaping devices will come into effect on 17 June 2025. In light of this, we are updating our Return Policy for non-compliant vape products. This revised policy will be effective from 01 March 2025 until 18 April 2025, offering you increased flexibility and clearer guidance on handling leftover non-compliant vapes with us.

Please pay close attention to the compliance status of the following products, which will be deemed non-compliant and cannot be sold after the specified dates:

Who will be eligible to register for return? 

This policy and return registration is applicable for both RETAILERS and DISTRIBUTORS who possess valid sales records with Global Grab Zone in the past 3 months or longer.

01 March 2025 to 18 April 2025.

Condition & Terms

  • During valid registration dates, the policy applies for non-compliant products in boxes ONLY (loose units are not acceptable) with original boxes/packages. 
  • Please note that samples or FOC stocks are not eligible for credit.

Return Procedure

Step 1: Register for Product Return

  • Complete the register form
  • Method of Return: Please specify how you’d like to return (by courier/on-site return).

Step 2: Assessment and Product Return Verification

Assessment by Customer Service: Our team will assess your return and send you the results within 3 working days.

  • Follow-Up: If there is no response in over 5 days, please reach out to our customer service at +64 2040119668.
  • Dispatch Deadline: Ensure your returns are dispatched/delivered before 18 April 2025. Delayed returns may not be accepted.
  • Verification by Warehouse: After receiving your returns, our warehouse team will verify the quantity of the products.

Step 3: Redeem for product replacements

  • Credit Conversion: Returned products will be converted into credits equivalent to the price of the products returned. 
  • Credit from STARX: Credit received from returning any UPENDS STARX product can ONLY be redeemed towards the purchase of UPENDS products.

IMPORTANT:

  • Return Deadline: All returns must be received by 18 April 2025. Returns received after this date may not be accepted.
  • Policy Expiration: After 18 April 2025, IGET MOON and UPENDS STARX product purchases will not be eligible for returns under this policy.

Yes, IGET MOON 2.0 and UPENDS STARX will be available for purchase until the last day before the ban takes effect. However, please be advised that IGET MOON and UPENDS STARX product purchases after 18 April 2025 will not be eligible for returns under this policy.

Q4: How will the credit from returned products be used?

Credits from IGET MOON returns can be used for any order and can be applied towards purchasing any products we offer, while credits from UPENDS STARX returns can ONLY be used for purchasing UPENDS products.
