Recently, your feedback regarding liquid leakage issues in certain IGET Bar Plus 4.0 pods has drawn our serious attention. Through internal quality testing, we found that in the first batch (Batch no. I2507J) of pods, the condensation-absorbing cotton in some units did not fully meet our strict quality standards. Under specific conditions, this issue may lead to a risk of liquid leakage.
Although this occurred in a small portion of products, out of our commitment to quality and responsibility to our partners, we have decided to provide the following support measures and optimisation plan:
- Unconditional returns for the affected batch: Full credit returns will be accepted unconditionally for the Batch no. I2507J. Other batches are not affected.
- Additional support: Returns completed before September 20 will receive an extra 5% the return value.
- Priority supply: Once the improved next batch of IGET Bar Plus 4.0 arrives, your new orders will be fulfilled with priority.
Note: This is not a mandatory recall. The return support measures are designed to provide partners with peace of mind. If your products are not affected, you may continue sales without concern.
IGET values every piece of feedback from our partners and customers. In response to this incident, we have conducted a thorough review of the product design and each component, and we have comprehensively strengthened supply chain management. The improvements have already been validated and scheduled for production. Once relaunched, the risk of liquid leakage will be completely resolved, and we hope to regain your confidence.
We also fully understand that this optimisation plan may bring inconvenience and business impact. To minimise the effect on your operations, we will advance the launch of the IGET Bar Plus 4.0 Device to this week. Please rest assured, the IGET Bar Plus 4.0 Device is fully compatible with IGET Bar Plus Pod 3.0 and Pod 2.0, supporting you to continue stable sales and service across the IGET Bar Plus series. Return Process (effective immediately)
- Please check your current inventory of IGET Bar Plus 4.0 series (Batch no. I2507J) and prepare a return list.
- Send the return list along with product photos to our Sales Support Team (WhatsApp group/email: [email protected]);
- Our team will generate a prepaid return label for you, so you will not need to cover shipping costs.
- If you choose to arrange the on-site return, please enclose the return list and send it to:

Additional Support
- Returns received before September 20 → Credits based on actual quantity plus an extra 5% return value as appreciation for your cooperation;
- Returns received after September 20 → Credits will be issued based on the actual return quantity.
