Return Policy (for Uncompliable Products)

Dear Valued Customers,

We are pleased to announce an update to our Return Policy on non-compliant vape products, effective from 21 December 2023 to 21 March 2024. This policy is designed to give you more flexibility and clarity when handling leftover non-compliant vapes with us.

We kindly ask your attention to the compliance of the following vape products, which have been deemed non-compliant and cannot be sold after the specified dates:

After 21 Dec 2023, please cease the selling for:

  • IGET MOON 1.0
  • IGET BAR 3500 1.0

After 21 March 2024, please cease the selling for:

  • IGET BAR PLUS 6000 1.0 (both kit and pod)
  • IGET BAR PLUS 6000 0% Nicotine

Eligibility for Credit

Who will be eligible to register for credit?

This policy and registration are only applicable to RETAILERS who have been constantly purchasing from Global Grab Zone in the past three months or longer.

Condition & Terms

The policy is applicable for non-compliant products, either in full boxes or in loose units, with original boxes, during the valid registration dates.

The valid dates for registration

21 December 21, 2023, to 21 March 2024.

Return Procedure

Step 1: Register for Product Credit

Step 2: Assessment and Product Return Verification

    Our Customer Service team will assess and contact you within ten working days. If there is no response within ten days, please contact our customer service: +64 2040033709. Please specify how you’d like to return (by courier/on-site return)

    Step 3: Credit Vouchers Issuance

      The returned products will be converted into corresponding $500 vouchers, with the total value of the vouchers equating to the total price of the products being credited (e.g., if you returned $1660 disposable products, four vouchers will be issued to your account: three vouchers of $500 and one of $160 ). 

      Please note that you can redeem only one voucher with one new order.
