We are updating how PG/VG information is presented on the packaging for the IGET EDGE LP15000 range.

This update relates only to how PG/VG ingredient information is displayed and grouped on the packaging. It does not involve any change to the product formulation, e-liquid volume, nicotine strength, manufacturing specification, or product quality.

Following a packaging information review, we are updating future packaging so that PG/VG ingredient quantities and PG:VG ratio information are presented on a clearer and more consistent basis. This is intended to improve clarity for retailers, business customers, and end users.

For products that have already been supplied to retailers or business customers, we will progressively provide supplementary labels showing the updated PG/VG information presentation. Customers holding existing stock may apply these supplementary labels to the relevant products. Our team will provide further instructions and support where required.

Relevant customers will be contacted progressively regarding label supply arrangements and the recommended update process.

Based on the information reviewed, we have not identified any product quality issue, filling issue, formulation issue, nicotine strength issue, or manufacturing specification issue. This is a packaging information presentation update only.
