Tracking
All orders will have a tracking number. The number will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched.
Preorder
- In-stock flavours will be dispatched in 2 business days.
- Pre-order flavours will be shipped once it’s back in stock.
- If in-stock and pre-order flavors are mixed in the order, we will send the in-stock flavors separately.
Cut-off for ordering
Your order can be dispatched on the same day if payment is cleared no later than 2 pm (Available for New Zealand)
Local pick up
- Please leave a pickup note when placing your order and complete the payment.

Notice: You should make an appointment one day in advance. For same-day orders, pickup is available only after 12 p.m.
