Please be advised that we will be relocating our warehouse from next Wednesday (24 June) to Friday (26 June). To ensure your business continuity, please carefully review the following operational adjustments:
Critical Cut-off Times on Tuesday, 23 June
- Courier Orders: Cut-off at 12:00 PM (NZT). Orders placed after this time will be processed once the new warehouse is operational.
- Pick-up Orders: Cut-off at 2:00 PM (NZT).
Important Note: 23 June is the final shipping day before relocation. We highly recommend placing your orders on or before 22 June. Due to limited capacity, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly advise stocking up sufficiently early this week.
Temporary Shipping/Pick-up service Suspension
- 24 June to 26 June: Both dispatch and pick-up services will be temporarily suspended.
- During the relocation period, our order support systems will remain fully active. Customer service channels via WeChat, WhatsApp, Email, and Phone will remain open and accessible.
Estimated Schedule for Resumption
- Courier Dispatch: Will resume progressively from Monday, 29 June.
- Customer Pick-up: Will fully resume from Tuesday, 30 June.
